My Story

For my son and my hero Chase.
In March 2018, Chase at 4 years old was diagnosed with a Wilms Tumour. He went through surgery to remove his kidney, 16 cycles of chemotherapy as well as 25 blood transfusions, hospital admissions and many many many visits to the Oncology Unit.
Westmead Children’s Hospital were amazing and became our home away from home. We owe them so much more than we can actually give.

Last year Chase was the ambassador and we helped in raising over $400,000.
This cause means so much to our family so please help us, help Westmead Oncology and help every single child that is fighting a disease they should never have to fight.

In March 2018 our four year old little boy, Chase, was diagnosed with a Wilms tumour in his left kidney. He had multiple hospital admissions at the Westmead Children's Hospital, surgerys, 16 rounds of chemotherapy and many many many visits to the the oncology clinic. He fought the fight, and he won!

The children's hosptial at Westmead was our second home, sometimes it felt more like home. The staff are absolutely wonderful and we owe them so much more than what we can actually give them.

In 2019 Chase was the ambassador for the Bob 'tug' Wilson walk. We helped raise over 400k for the hospital. This is a cause that means so much to us as a family. So join the team, walk the walk and help make the kids happier, suffer less and rid this world of this horrible disease.

I've created this page because we want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of The Children's Hospital at Westmead and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Bob 'Tug' Wilson's Walk for Kids with Cancer 2020. Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about The Children's Hospital at Westmead, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
